The humble Peticon & Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the pish of St Michael Queenhith London

Sheweth


That by a Warrant under the hands & Seals of Joseph Short< no role > Esqr & Samuel Blackerby< no role >
two of his Maties Justices of the Peace of the said County (Quoqumms) Dina< no role > the wife of
Richard Burroughs< no role > wth: Dina< no role > & Margaret< no role > their Children were lately passed from the
Pish of St James Clerkenwell in the said County of Middlesex to the Said pish of st Michael
Queenhith London as the place of the last legall Settlement of the said Richard Burroughs< no role >

Your Peticonrs. thinke themselves aggrieved wth: the Judgment of
the said two Justices And doe therefore Appeal to this Cort
& humbly pray that the Churchwardens & overseers of the Poor
of the Pish st. Giles Clerkenwell & all other Pties concern [..]
herein may be Ordered to attend this Court Some day th [..]
to hear & abide the Judgment & finall determination of this Court
touching this Appeal.
