[..] Informacon of Symon Gayling< no role > of the pa [..] of Christ church
[..] the said county of Surry Waterman and now prisonre in his
Majesties [..] for the said County

This [..] his oath saith that in the month of Aprill last past he and
our Isaac Rogars< no role > and one John Nichols< no role > being together on the [..] [..] :
Thames Water in a boat neer the Armitage in Wapping they want & looked
into another Boat that lay in the Thomas there one found a man asleep
in that [..] boat and the said John Nicolls< no role > than loaped into the said
Boat where the man was asleep and the man roused up and strugles
with the said Nichols but Nicolls being too strong for him threw
him into the Thames and as the man was in the water the said
Nichols gave and struck him a blow on his head with which he
Imediately snuck down under the water there and this deponent did not see
him any more after And then this deponent and the said Rogers & Nicols
Rifled his boat and found in it a Rundlott with six gallons of
Brandy which they carried away & sold to Sarah Arnold< no role > wife of
Benjamin Arnold< no role > for Eight Shillings
