Who Sayth that hee hath Seene Walter Griffin< no role > , but
never had any acquaintance with him in all his life,
Denies that he knowes One John Rooke< no role > , or that he was
ever with them the said Walter Griffin< no role > & John Rooke< no role > or either of them in
any Fellony Robbery or Burglary, or in any other evill
Deed whatsoever, Denyes alsoe that he knowes one Richd
Cooper< no role > , or that he ever was Concerned with the said
Richd Cooper< no role > , or Joseph Fletcher< no role > or any other person or
Psons, in any Felony Burglary or Robbery Whatsoever,
but Sayth that lives by his labour & Industry, hebeing
having beene bred a Waterman,
