It is Ordered by this Court that Walter prise Gent late Under Sheriff
to Humphery parsons< no role > Esqr and Francis Child< no role > Esqr late Sheriff's of
this County do forthwith pay unto John Marsh< no role > Gent present
Under Sheriff of the said County the Sume of four pounds and eighteen
shillings, which should have been paid by the said Mr Prise for the
Wages of his Maties Justices of the peace of this County on the first day
of Easter Sessions one thousand seven hundred and twenty three, but
hath not been yet paid and new remains in his hands And that the
receipt of the said Mr Marsh together with this order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Mr Prise for such payment of the said Sume of
four pounds and Eighteen shillings.
