And in the said Accompt severall
Arreares of Trophy Money are
Charged to be standing out on the
Twelfth of October 1723
amounting in the whole to the Sume of
410.15.0

And the said Committee by the said Report further
Certifyed that the said Mr. Waller did not produce
Vouchers for the Moneys paid by Mrs. La Roche
since the Accompt passed by her Father for the
Yeares ending at Midsumer 1720 but he hoped
to produce the same before the end of this
present Sessions,

But the said Mr. Waller produced Vouchers
for the Payments made by the said Mr. Forbes,

And that the said Committee are of Opinion
that it is requisite that Coppys of the said
two Accompts be left by the said Mr. Waller
with the Clerke of the Peace of this County
or his Deputy that resort may be had
thereunto as occasion may require,

This Court upon consideration had of the said
Report Doth Order that the said Report be
and the same is hereby Ratifyed and Confirmed,
And that the said Accompts of Trophy Money
now produced before this Court be allowed
and Signed by his Majestyes Justices of the
Peace now Assembled at this present
Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace
holden for this County.
