the Marshalsea Kings bench & hospitalls , for
the repaire of Cheatsea & Brentford bridges,
for repaire of the house of Correccon at
Clerkenwell and for the passing of
Vagrants, which moneys ought to have been
raised by the said John Hatchett< no role > & to have
been by him paid over according to the
Duty of his Office to the respective Trearers
appointed to receive the same, and that
the said John Hatchett< no role > hath neglected to
pay the same, And that the said John Hatchett< no role >
is soe came & infirm that he cannot goe from
his habitacon, It is Ordered by this Court that
it be And It is hereby recomended & referred
unto James Clitherow< no role > John Offley< no role > John Wilson< no role >
& John Crookshank< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the peace
for this County or any two of them to repaire
to the Mancon house of the said John Hatchett< no role >
And to examine what sume & sumes of money
have been by him reced by vertue of the
aforesaid Rates or any & which of them, and
of whom, and how he hath disposed of the
same or any & what part thereof, and what
sume of money is now remaining in his hands
And if any & what sume of sumes of money
are standing out & uncollected on the sd. Rates
or any & which of them, and by whose default
And to report a state of the said accompts & their
opinions touching the premisses unto his Maties Justices
of the peace of this County to be assembled in
their Generall of Quarter Sessions.
