Order touching the granting
of a lease of pt of the
Corporacon workhouse
at Clerkenwell

Upon reading of the Draught of Lease of part of the
Corporation Work house at Clerkenwell in this County and
the Buildings and Appurtenances thereunto belonging formerly
in the tenure of Sir Thomas Rowe< no role > Knight ; which John
Bellers John Frame< no role > and Daniel Vandewall< no role > had on behalf
of themselves and others applyed for, to his Majestyes Justices
of the Peace for this County, in Order to have a Terme of Ninety
Nine Years to be thereof Granted by the Trustees of this
County comenceing from Michaelmas last unto them the
said John Bellers< no role > John Frame< no role > and Daniel Vandewall< no role >
or such other sufficient Persons as should be nominated
for that purpose, This Court upon consideration had of the
aforesaid Draught and of the Covenants and Agreements
therein contained Doth approve of the same And doth think
fit that (upon the Surrender of a Lease granted to the said
Sir Thomas Rowe< no role > of the said premisses which are by
Assignment vested in John Bellers< no role > and John Hopes< no role >
for the remainder of a Term of Fifty One Years Yet to
come) a New Lease be accordingly Granted of the said
premisses by Sir John Bennett< no role > Knight Serjeant at Law, the
