September 1800.

one Person each and Sixteen Appartments for Two Persons
each, that the Average number of Prisoners in the
Prison since the last Session of the peace which ended
the 14th.. day of July last has been 276. Male and Female
That there are at this time 173. Males and 66. Females.

The following Letter from Mr.. Clitherow being
Read Vizt..

Resolved That Mr.. Joseph Burchell< no role > the county
Treasurer do apply to the Commissioners of the Brentford
Turnpike Roads and Receive the sum of £66..13s..4d.
being their 1/3d. part of the Expence of rebuilding the
Bridge called Baber Bridge agreed to be paid by
themAnd leave being asked to take down
part of the Wall of the Bridge called Brentford Bridge
for the purpose of procuring a more easy access to
the weighing Engine lately Erected at the end
of the said Bridge.
