appointed a Committee to view the same and state
their Opinion thereon to the Court on the County
Day of the next Session.
By adjournment same Day.
A Plan being laid before this Court of some
Alterations necessary to be made in the lower Apartments
on the North side of the Session House and the same being
Examined and it being Reported to the court that the
Expence thereof would not exceed Thirty pounds It is
Ordered That the said Plan of the said Alterations be
approved and that the works be done under the direction
and Inspection of Mr.. Rogers the County Surveyor.
Ordered That the Iron Railing round the
Session House for this County. be properly Painted
under the Direction of the County Surveyor.
