I Have the Kings Commands to desire your Lordship
will endeavour as early as possible to obtain a Meeting of the Magistrates
of the County of Middlesex
or of the Magistrates in the several Hundreds or
Districts in the said County or to take such other measures as your
Lordship may judge expedient or think most convenient and at the same
time most effectual for procuring an Account of the produce of the late Crop of
the several Articles of Grain grown in the said County comparing the
same with the produce of a fair Crop of every such Article in common years
and with the Crop of 1794 of every such Article of Grain; and I am to
desire your Lordship will report the result of your enquiry to me for His
Majesty'
