Court wherein the same Actions were brought and amount to the Sum of
£47..5..8. And this court being of Opinion that to assess and tax rateably
and proportionably all and every the Towns Parishes Villages Hamlets and
Places of the said Hundred of Ossulston according to the directions of the
several Statutes in such Case made and provided to raise the said several
Sums would be attended with very great difficulty, trouble and expence upon
he Inhabitants of the said Hundred. Do hereby Order that Mr Joseph
Burchell the County Treasurer do forthwith pay the said Sums out of the
County Rate to the several Persons lawfully entitled to receive the same.
