"Lord Cholmondeley presents his Compliments to
"Mr Mainwaring he has had the honor to present the Address from
"the Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex to the Prince of
"Wales and has his Royal Highness's Commands to say that he is very
"sensible of such mark of attention.

"Carlton House< no role > 5. June 1795."

By Adjournment same day.

Ordered that the Sum of Forty Pounds being the usual
Annual Allowance made to Mr. Edward Hall< no role > the Housekeeper at the
Session House for this County towards the Expence incurred for Coals and
Candles for the Justices during the holding their Sessions and other
Publick Meetings for One year commencing the 30th. day of May 1794 and
and ending the 30th. day of May last be paid him and that the Clerk of the
Peace do issue the usual Order upon the Treasurer of the County for
payment thereof.

By Adjournment at the Session House aforesaid
on Saturday the 4th. day of July 1795 Before />William

The Magistrates assembled taking into consideration the present
High Prices of Provisions with the consequent Inconvenience resulting
therefrom, and feeling the propriety of a general retrenchment in the
manner of furnishing the Table at this particular time, have come to the
following Resolution Vizt.

That during the remainder of the present Session and during
the next Session in September no Puddings, or Pies, nor any the like
Articles made of Flour be several to their Table, nor any other Provisions
whatsoever than Fish, Beef, Mutton on Veal with Vegetables and Household
Bread.
