Middlesex

At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden in and for the County of Middlesex at the
Session House for the said County (by adjournment) on
Thursday the Eighteenth day of September in the
Thirty fouth year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc

Justices Etc.

His Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County in this
present Session of the Peace assembled Do Unanimously Reelect
William Mainwaring< no role > Esquire Chairman of the General and General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace and Sessions of Oyer and Terminer for
this County for and during the half year now next ensuing.

By Adjournment same day.

Mr. Burchell the County Treasurer laid before the Court
the Account of the Militia Substitutes Etc between this and the
other Counties Ordered that Mr Burchell do keep an Account
between this County and the several other Counties relative to the
Militia and do make out Orders for the payment thereof.

Resolved that it be referred to the Committee of
Accounts to consider what Allowance should be made to the
County Treasurer on Account of extra trouble occasioned to him
by means of the Militia Act and that three of such Committee be a
Quorum and that such Committee to report to the next Session
their Opinion thereon.
