been attended to before Orders for Rewards have been made by the
Justices and also to consider what other means it may be
expedient to take in order to lessen the Charges on the County Rates
for apprehending vagrants consistent with the suppression of Vagrancy
and whether the Resolution of this Court recommending that the full
reward of Ten Shillings should not be paid has been attended to and
that the said Committee do consider all other matters respecting
Vagrants in this County and the several Laws relating thereto and
Report their opinion to the Court.
