several Sums of Money that will be raised in pursuance of the said Act and
that it is also necessary that a Treasurer should be appointed for the
purposes of the said Act Resolved that Messrs. Child and Co. be the Bankers
for the above purposes and that the Account be opened in the Names of the Treasurer
to be appointed in pursuance of the said Act William Mainwaring< no role > Esquire
the Chairman of the Sessions, Sir Robert Taylor< no role > Knight , Henry Holland< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > and
Thomas Gordon< no role > Esquires Justices of the peace for this County and that the
said Treasurer and any two of the said Justices above named have power
and authority from time to time to draw upon and Receive from Messrs. Child
and Co. the whole or any part of the Money so to be Raised and paid in as
aforesaid

Resolved that Mr. Daniel Hinley< no role > be and he is hereby
appointed Treasurer for the purposes mentioned in the Act of Parliament
aforesaid

By adjournment same day

The Committee appointed in April Session last to Carry into
Execution the approved plan of a House of Correction for this County laid
before the Court the following Bill of Mr John Wilkinson< no role > the person employed
by them to Compleat the Drawings of the said House of Correction and for his
own and his Assistants time and Trouble in the said business and for
Monies paid by him for Stationary and other matters Vizt.

"The Committee for Building the New Bridewell in Cold Bath Fields
For Time & Expences attending the Compleating the Designs Etcx.
