Your Petitioner most humbly requests that if it is
Your Worships pleasure that He should quit the
Premises pursuant to the annexed Notice, Your Worships
will be pleased (from the great Inconvenience and)
Loss which your Petitioner must naturally sustain
to Remit him the Years Rent of £30 due from your
Petitioner at Michaelmas last
And your Worships Petitioner as in
duty bound will Ever pray Etc."
Resolved that upon Mr Bonds delivering up the Possession of the
Premises in decent and proper Repair when demanded That one
Years Rent be allowed to him

The Committee appointed in April Session last to carry into
Execution the Plans already submitted to and approved of by this Court for
a House of Correction of this County. laid before the Court of the Plan and
Particular of the said House of Correction
and having informed the Court
of some Alterations made by them therein and explained the Reasons
thereof - Resolved that this Court doth approve of the same and that
it be referred to the said Committee to carry the same into Execution.

The following Report from the Committee appointed to examine and
adjust from time to time the Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of this County
as well with respect to his Receipts as his Expenditures and also to examine and
audit all demands of what nature or kind soever made on this County previous
to the payment thereof being laid before the Court Vizt.
