deliver the Books of accounts &
to Mr. Burchell the Co: Trear}

Ordered That the said Edward Rudston Langdale< no role > the
Acting Executor of the late Charles Eyles< no role > Esqr . do forthwith deliver over
to Mr. Joseph Burchell< no role > the present Treasurer of this County or his Deputy
All the accounts and Vouchers and other Books Papers and Writings
belonging to this County remaining in the Hands of the said Mr. Eyles
as Treasurer or Receiver as aforesaid at the time of his decease.

and to pay the Ballance due
from sd. Exor to present Trear}

It is Ordered That the said Edward Rudston Langdale
do forthwith pay unto said Mr Joseph Burchell< no role > the Treasurer of
and for this County the said Sum of £98..17..6 being the Ballance
due to the County Stock remaining in the hands of the said Mr.
Eyles at the time of his decease and that the Receipt of the said
Joseph Burchell< no role > together with this Order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Edward Rudston Langdale for the
Payment of the same.
