It was moved and Seconded that John Harrow< no role > Gallery door
Keeper at the Session House be allowed the Sum of Two Guineas for
his attendance there during each Session which was ordered
accordingly.

Wm. Thurbin< no role > appointed High
Constable of Elthorne Hundred
& Clerk of the Markets held at
Uxbridge instead of Thos Weatherly< no role >
deced}

It being Represented to this Court that Thomas Weatherly one
of the High Constables of Elthorne Hundred and Clerk of the Markets
held at Uxbridge in this County had departed this Life since the last
Sessions and William Thurbin< no role > of Uxbridge in the said County
being recommended to this Court by Thomas Fellows< no role > Esquire one of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County acting in the said Division
as a fit and proper person to be appointed to succeed to the said Offices
This Court doth hereby appoint the said William Thurbin< no role > to be
one of the High Constables within the said Hundred and also Clerk
of the said Markets in the Place and Stead of the said Thomas Weatherly< no role >
and the said William Thurbin< no role > being present here in his own proper
person in open Court took his Oath for the due Execution of the said
Office.
