that may choose to attend or any Three-of them be such Committee
and the same being agreed to

Resolved that the said Committee do meet for the
first time at this place on Thursday the 17th. day of March next at
Ten o Clock in the forenoon and afterwards meet and adjourn at
pleasure

By adjournment same day

A Motion was made That "Whereas of late Years large Bills and
"Demands have been annually made on this County for what has been called
"Extra Business of the Clerk or Clerks at Courts Committees It is therefore
"Moved That this Court do appoint an adjourned day to take into
"Consideration the Propriety or impropriety of such Demands and also
"the Duty of the Clerk & Deputy Clerk of the peace of this County respecting
"such Business" which being seconded was carried in the
affirmative.

By adjournment same day

It is Ordered that WIlliam Watherstone< no role > be permitted to serve
the Prisoners with Bread in the New Prison at Clerkenwell and the
House of Correction there till the County day of the now next
Session.
