3dly. In respect to the Haymarket Tolls

That Mr Benson hath received£917..13s..5d
That he hath expended£237..12s..4d

That there is a Balance in the hands of the legal
Representative of Mr Benson due to the County Stock of}£680..1s..1d

That the several Balances as above stated
due from the Representative of Mr Benson to the
County Stock amount to} £873..18s..4d

The Committee also Report that they have in
pursuance of the powers to them given issued an Order directed to
the said Mrs. Margaret Benson< no role > forthwith to deliver over to the Clerk of
the Peace of this County or his deputy all the Accounts and Vouchers
and other Books Papers and Writings belonging to this County and
remaining in the hands of the said Mr Benson as Treasurer or
Receiver as aforesaid at the time of his decease and Also another
Order directed to the said Mrs Benson forthwith to pay unto Mr.
Charles Eyles< no role > the Present Treasurer of this County the said Sum
of Eight hundred and seventy three pounds Eighteen Shillings
and four pence halfpenny being the balance due to the County
Stock remaining in the hands of the said Mr John Benson< no role > at the
time of his decease.

And the Committee are of Opinion that
Mr. Eyles ought to receive any Sum from the said Mrs. Benson
in part of the said Balances and directed him to pay out of
such Money as should come into his hands several Sums of
Money to Persons having urgent demands on this County
and they also directed an Order to the several High
Constables in Arrear of the last County Rate forthwith to pay
such Arrears to Mr. Eyles.
