Resolved that the said Committee do meet for the first
time at this place on the Twenty Seventh day of April Inst. at 11. o Clock
in the forenoon and afterwards meet and adjourn at their pleasure

It is Ordered That William Watherston< no role > be permitted to
serve the Prisoners with Bread in the New Prison at Clerkenwell and
the House of Correction until the County day of the next Session

Isaac Emmerton< no role > one of the High
Constables of Edmonton Hundred
discharged at his own request
and Wm. Field< no role > appd. in his stead}

Whereas application being made to this Court by Isaac Emmerton< no role >
one of the High Constables of Edmonton Hundred in this County
requesting to be discharged from his said Office having served in
the same Upwards of Sixteen Years And this Court being Satisfied
in the premises and William Field< no role > of the Parish of South Mimm
Gentleman being Recommended by two of his Majestys Justices of
the peace for this County residing and Acting in the said Hundred
as a fit and proper person to serve the said Office This Court
doth hereby appoint the said William Field< no role > to be one of the
High Constables within the said Hundred in the place and Stead
of the said Isaac Emmerton< no role > and the said William Field< no role > being
present herein his own proper person in open Court took his Oath
for the due Execution of his said Office And the said Isaac
Emmerton is hereby absolutely discharged from his said office
