and any other of his Majestys Justices of the peace for this County
who shall please to attend and that they or any two or more
of them be a Committee and that the said Committee do
meet at the hour of Eleven at Hicks Hall on the 2d day of each
Session of the peace to be holden for this County

Resolved that all persons having any demands
upon the County Treasurer (save and except such person's as
are entitled to be paid immediately by the Treasurer by virtue of
any act of Parliament or under under Special agreement made
by his Majesty's Justices of the peace for this County do hereafter
deliver their demands in writing to the Clerk of the peace for
this County before Ten of the Clock of the 2d day of each Session
of the peace to be holden for this County in Order to their being
laid before the Committee of Accounts and that they do attend
to verify the same before the sd Committee

Ordered that the several Bills and Accounts
now laid before this Court for payment be referred to the
Committee of Accounts

By adjournment same day

An Account of Expences incurred by several persons
acting under the direction of His Majestys Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex in regard to the late Dreadful Riots
being laid before this Court but it being represented that there
are other Accounts of Expences of the like kind not yet delivered

Resolved that the Consideration of the said
Account be pool poned till the next Session of the peace to be
holden for this County

By adjournment same day
