At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden in and for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street by adjournment on Thursday the tenth day of January in the
twenty second year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third King
of Great Britain Etc

Traverses to be

Ordered that all Traverses to be tried be entered in the Cause
paper before the hour of one on the Saturday preceding the commencement
of each Session (except the Michaelmas Session and then before the hour of one
on the Saturday previous to the first adjournment day of such Session) that
this regulation do take place at the now next ensuing Easter Session and
that Notice hereof be stuck up in the Court at Hicks Hall and at the Office
of the Clerk of the peace for this County

each prisoner in

Clerkenwell .}

Ordered that each Prisoner in New Prison at Clerkenwell and at
the House of Correction there be allowed one pound waght of good wholsome
wheaten bread per diem; and that each Prisoner in the House of Correction at
Clerkenwell during the time only he or she performs hard Labour be allowed
one penny half penny per diem in addition to the General allowance of Bread

It being represented to this Court that Mr Stephen Weaver< no role > the Collector of
the Tolls arising from the sale of Hay and Straw in the St James's
Haymarket departed this Life since the last Session and the following
Resolutions come to by His Majesty's Justices of the peace for the City and Liberty
of Westminster in their General or Quarter Session of the Peace assembled
being laid before this Court vizt.
