hath not attended th [..] at all and hath not been at
any [..] but little expence concerning them that then the said
Committee do prepare and present a Petition to the Honorable
the House of Commons setting forth such facts touching the
Premises as in the course of the said inquiry to them shall
appear and in such manner as to them shall seem meet
with intent that the House may make such farther enquiry
into the Justice of the claim to so large a portion of the public
treasure as they shall think proper and it is ordered that
when such Petition shall be formed the Clerk of the peace
do sign the same [and that the said Committee do meet for

the first time at Hicks Hall on Thursday next the 20th. day
of January Instant at Eleven O Clock in the forenoon and do
afterwards meet and adjourn at Pleasure] and that they do
Report their Proceedings to this Court on the County day of the
next Session of the Peace to be holden in and for this County
