The following Summonses under the hand and Seal of
Cornelius Martin< no role > Esqr one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex being laid before your Committee

Whereas information had been made before me
Cornelius Martin< no role > Esqr one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County City and Liberty That you did on the
sixteenth day of February being the Lords Day commonly
called Sunday do and exercise certain Worldly Labour
Business and Work of your ordinary calling of a Baker by
Selling Hot Bread (the same not being any Work of necessity
or Charity) contrary to the Statute in that case made and
provided These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will
and require you personally to be and appear before me or some
other Justice or Justices as are then and there sitting at my
Office in Little Windmill Street Golden Square on Friday
next at seven of the Clock in the afternoon then and there to
answer the premises as the Law Directs Given under my
Hand and Seal this twentieth day of February 1777
