time according to said Plan and to lay an Account of the Profit and Loss
attending the same then before the Court.

It is ordered that the consideration of all other Matters contained in the
County Paper of this Session be and the same is hereby deferred to the
County day of the next Session

By Adjournment Saturday 30th Octr 1733

It is Recommended to the Deputy Clerk of the Peace by this Court to
Endorse the order of Court made on the County Day of the present Session
concerning the restraining the Exhibition of Fireworks at the places of public
Entertainment Licensed by the Court of Quarter Session on the Licences then
Granted to the proprietors of such places and accompany each License
with a Letter to the respective proprietors desiring their particular attention
to the said order

Sir

It having been ordered on the County Day of the last Session that
no License be granted to the proprietor of Renelagh or Marybone Gardens
or of any other place of public Entertainment but under a restriction
prohibiting the Exhibition of Fireworks which order you will find
endorsed on your License I am directed by the Court to acquaint you
therewith and do therefore desire your particular attention to the same
