deliver up and Quit the possession of the said dwelling house and
buildings there to belonging and the said Garden Orchard and other the
Appurtenances together with the Prisoners committed to his
Custody
as Keeper of the said Prison
and then remaining
undischarged to such other person or persons as shall be by the
Justices of the peace
of the said County or the Major part of them
Elected Chosen Nominated and Appointed to be Keeper of the said

Bond or Obligation himself in the Sum of Two Hundred Pounds
and two Sure his each in One hundred pounds unto Sir John
