the Treasurer's Accots.}

It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it is
hereby recommended and referd to Bartholomew Hammar< no role >
Saunders Welch< no role > Benjamin Cowley< no role > John Spencer< no role > Colepeper
and William Timbrell< no role > Esqrs . and such other of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for, the County of Middle as shall
please to be present or any two of them to meet togr.
at Hickshall on the Second Day of November next at
ten of the Clock in the Forenoon to inspect and audit the
Account of Mr. James Jefferson< no role > touching the Money
by him received as Treasurer of this County and of
his Disbursements out of the same And also to audit
inspect and Settle his bill of Fees Charges and Disburse-
ments as Clerk to his Majesty's Justices of the peace for
this County appointed to Contract for the repairs of
the County Bridges and to report a state of the said
Treasures Accots. Etc. And of what they shall think
fit to allow for the said Bill at the next General
Session of the Peace for the said County on the
County day of the same Session.
