September.

Errington Bartholomew Hammond Benjamin Cowley their
Executors and Administrators that he the said Francis Buskin< no role >
his Executors or Administrators shall and will on or before
the first Day of October next begin to Erect the Foot Path and
repair the Bridge aforesaid and deligently and without delay
attend proceed and carry on the Works necessary for that
purpose and shall and will well and sufficiently Erect and
repair the same with such good and sound Timber of such sort
and Scantlings as shall be directed or approved of by the
said Boulton Mainwaring< no role > or such other Surveyor as aforesaid
And shall and will compleat and finish all the said Work on or
before the thirty first Day of December next coming In consider
ation whereof the said John Hawkins< no role > Sir Henry Cheere George
Errington Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Benjamin Cowley< no role > for
themselves their Executors and administrators do Covenant promise
and agree to and with the said Francis Buskin< no role > his Executors and
Administrators that he and they shall be paid satisfied and allowed
out of the Monies already raised or to be raised by Virtue of an
Act of Parliament passed in the twelfth Year of the Reign of his
late Majesty King George the second Intituled an Act for the
more easy assessing Collecting and levying of County Rates for
all such good seasoned and fit materials provided wrought up
used and Employed in or about Erecting the said Foot Path or
Bridge and the Repairs and Work as aforesaid at and after the
several rates and prices aforesaid within the space of one
calendar Month after the same shall be compleated and finished
as aforesaid and measured And the admeasurement Certified to
the said John Hawkins< no role > Sir Henry Cheere< no role > George Errington< no role >
Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Benjamin Cowley< no role > their Executors
or administrators or to the General or Quarter Sessions of the
Peace by the said Boulton Mainwaring< no role > or such other Surveyor
as aforesaid In witness
