of this county having
been at sundry Expences of Advertizing Orders of the Court and on the Addres-
ses to his present Majesty and other extra Matters; and had a great number
of Attendances on particular County Businesses from time to time by
Order of His Majesty's Justices in Sessions Assembled It is Ordered
that Mr

Treasurer
of this County do pay to the said
James Jefferson< no role >
the Sum of Ten pounds ten Shillings allowed
him by this Court for his said Disbursements and Services And
also the further Sum of Three pounds allowed to him for his
charge and trouble in taking Council's opinion upon a clause of
the Act of Parliament of the 26th of his late Majesty's reign relating
to proceeding agt. Victuallers
for breach of their Recognizances by
order of a Comittee appointed in the last Sessions And that the receipt
of the said Mr Jefferson for the said several Sums making together
Thirteen pounds ten Shillings shall with this order be a sufficient
discharge to the said Treasurer
for such payment.
