the Sum of four pounds
nine Shillings and one penny Out of the County Rents in
full of his Demand for paper Hanging Business and
materials at Hicks Hall
aforesaid and that the Rect.
of the said
Rd. Partington< no role >
together with this Order shall
be a sufficient discharge to the said Trear for such
payment.
A Bill of John Steele< no role >
for Smiths Work done at Hicks Hall
aforesd. amounting to nine pounds one shilling and seven pence
being laid before this Court the same is referred to Boulton
Mainwaring Esqr
. One of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
or to
examine the same And it is Ordered that Mr John Higg< no role >
's
Treasurer
of this County do out of this County Rents pay to
the said John Steele< no role >
what the said Mr. Mainwaring shall
Certifyshallis right and justly due to him thereon
And that the receipt of the said John Steele< no role >
together
with this Order and the said Mr Mainwarring's allowance
or Certificate shall be a sufficient discharge to the said
Treasurer
for such payment.
The like Order, made on another Bill for Smith's Work done
at New prison
and the House of Correction
at Clken
well amounting to twenty eight Shillings & three pence
The like Order made for what Mr. Mainwarring
shall find due for Plaisterer
's Work done at
a difference arising in the Admeasuremt.
