It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recommended and

Saunders Welch< no role > Hammond Crosse< no role > John Crosse< no role > Paul Vaillant< no role > Jacob
Karvey William Harvey< no role > Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Robert Poll< no role >
Esqrs . his Majesty's Justices of the Peace of this County and such other
Justices of the Peace of the said County as will please to be present or any three
or more of them as a Committee to meet together at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street on Monday the twenty sixth day of June next at nine of the Clerk in
the Forenoon to inspect and audit the Accounts of Mr. John Higgs< no role > touching
the moneys by him received as Treasurer of this County and of his
Disbursements out of the same and also to inspect his Account of what
Sum and Sums of money he hath received and of whom for the Rents
of the Estate belonging to this County and how the same or any past
thereof hath been applied and disposed of and also to inspect and
audit the Account of Colt money deposited in the hands of James
waller

out of the same and the said Committee are desired to report a State
of the said respective Accounts to the Court of the next General
Quarter Session of the Peace for the said County on the County day
of the same Session.
