By adjournment on Thursday the fifteenth day of January 1756 .

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay 71.0.5 to Mr. Richd
Holmes, Bricklayer for Work
done at Hicks Hall New
Prison and the House of
Correction.

Two Bills of Mr. Richard Holmes< no role > Bricklayer having been produced before this
Court for Work by him done at [..] New Prison and the House of Correction at
Clerkenwell in this County amounting to the Sum of Seventy one pound eight
shillings and five pence halfpenny And it appearing unto this Court by Writing under
the Hand of Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County that the Prices in the said Bills are reasonable It is Ordered by
this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the said Sum of
Seventy one pound eight shillings and five pence halfpenny unto the said Richard
Holmes in full of his said Bills whose Receipt together with this Order shall be a
sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the fifteenth day of January 1756

Order for Mrs. Strete to pay
Mr. Daniell his Salary to
1st. of Decr. 1755.

It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recommended unto Mrs. Susanna
Strete
< no role > late Cryer and Housekeeper at Hicks Hall to pay unto Mr. John Daniell< no role > the
Deputy Cryer of this Court all such Sum and Sums of money as are due to the said Mr.
Daniell for his Salary unto the first day of December last past.

By adjournment on Thursday the fifteenth day of January 1756.

Munday for Paviours Work
done at Hicks Hall New

Correction.

Two Bills of Mr. Thomas Munday< no role > having been produced before this Court for Paviours
Work done at Hicks Hall New Prison and the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this
County amounting to the Sum of thirteen eleven pounds,and three sixteen shillings and six pence And it appearing
unto this Court by Writing under the Hand of Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . one of his Matys
Justices of the Peace for the said County that the Prices in the said Bills are reasonable
It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Trearer of this County do pay the said Sum
of Eleven thirteen pounds and three sixteen shillings and six pence unto the said Thomas Munday< no role > in
full of his said Bills whose Receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

By adjournment on Thursday the fifteenth day of January 1756

and the House of Correction

Two Bills of Mr. Richard Jupp< no role > and Son having been produced before this Court for
Carpenters Work done by them at Hicks Hall , New Prison and the House of Correction at
Clerkenwell in this County amounting to the Sum of Eighty six pounds four shillings and four
pence farthing And it appearing unto this Court by Writing under the Hand of Boulton
Mainwaring Esqr . one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County that the
Prices in the said Bills are reasonable It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John
Higgs Trearer of this County do pay the said Sum of Eighty six pounds four shillings
and four pence farthing unto the said Richard Jupp< no role > in full of the said Bills whose
Receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer
for such payment.

appearing unto this Court by Writing under the Hand of Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . one of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County that the prices in the said Bill are reasonable
It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Trearer of this County do pay the said Sum of two
pounds and four pence unto the said John Biddle< no role > in full of his said Bill whose Receipt together
with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment
