this Court unto the Churchwardens Overseers of the poor and principal
Inhabitants of the said parish of Heston that they will please to cause
the said Robert Wright< no role > the Coroner to be prosecuted, in his Majesties
Court of Kings Bench at Westminster for the Misdemeanor and Offence
abovementioned to prevent such Abuse for the future.

By Adjornment on Thursday the 6th. day of Septr.1753

Mr. Owen & Mr. Harrison
Printers for printing publick
Orders of Sessions Etc.}

Upon inspecting a Bill produced before this Court by Mr. Edward Owen< no role >
and Mr. Harrison Printers beginning the Seventh day of May 1752
and ending September the first 1753 fortheprinting considerable
Numbers of Orders of the Sessions of the peace of this County against
Alehouse keepers keeping Nine pin Yards and Skittle Grounds,
Concerning Vagabonds Etc, and against Throwers at Cocks and
playing with Dice in Wheelbarrows Etc and other necessary matters
and also for Paper for printing the same amounting in the whole to
the Sum of Six pounds and thirteen Shillings This Court doth allow
of the said Bill and the said Mr. Owen and Mr. Harrison praying
that the said Sum may be paid unto them or one of them It is
Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County
do pay the said Sum of six pounds and thirteen shillings unto the
said Mr. Owen or Mr. Harrison infull of their said demand and that
the Reciept of the said Mr. Owen or Mr. Harrison together with this Order
shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment

prepare an Inventory of the
County Goods at Hicks hall Etc.}

It is ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recommended
and referred unto Luke Robinson< no role > Thomas Lane< no role > Thomas Jervis< no role > George Errington< no role >
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Merry Teshmaker< no role > John Dekewer< no role > Philip Dyot< no role >
Walter Berry< no role > John Goodchild< no role > William Withers< no role > Richard Ricards< no role > Esquires .
Justices of the peace of this County and to the Rest of the Justicesthem
present or any two or more of them as a Committee to inspect the
Inventory of the Goods belonging to the said County which were
delivered to the Custody of Mr. Thomas Northcote< no role > late Housekeeper of
the Sessions house called Hicks hall in St. John Street (since deceased)
and to see which of the said Goods are now remaining and fit for Use
and also to see which of the said Goods delivered to the said Mr. Northcote< no role >
are worn out or decayed, and not fit to be used [..]
