Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay £80.15s.9d to John King< no role >
Esqr . due of the coroners of Middx
for taking Inquisitions

A List of Inquisitions being produced before this Court by John King< no role > Esquire one of
the Coroners of this County therein mentioning the same to be taken on the view of Dead
Bodies in the said County by the said Coroner suice the twenty fourth day of June One
thousand seven hundred and fifty two and chargeable on the said County pursuant to an
Act of Parliament made in the twenty fifth year of the reign of King George the second
Intituled an Act for giving a proper reward to Coroners for the due Execution of their
Office and for the Amoval of Coroners upon a lawfull Conviction for restain Misdemeanors
which List begins on the second day of July One thousand seven hundred and fifty
two and ends on the fourth day of September instant therein mentioning the Dead Bodies
viewed to be seventy one in Humber and that there is due to the said Coroner the Sum
of Eighty pounds fifteen shillings and nine pence for his Coroners Fee on View of the
said Bodies and for the Number of Miles by him travelled on account of taking the
said Inquisitions And it appearing to this Court by Writing under the Hands of
George Errington< no role > and Samuel Bever< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the said County that they have inspected the said List and also the said
Inquisitions and are of Opinion that the said Sum of Eighty pounds fifteen Shillings
and nine pence ought to be allowed and paid to the said Coroner It is thereupon
Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the said
Sum of Eighty pounds fifteen Shillings and nine pence unto the said John King< no role >
Coroner in full of his said Demand whose Receipt together with this Order
Shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment

Middx.

At the General Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord< no role > the King begun
and holden for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the
County aforesaid on Monday the third day of September in the twenty
seventh year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King
of Great Britain Etc and from thence continued by Several Adjornment
until this Day to wit Thursday the sixth day of the same Month of
September in the year aforesaid and on the same day holden by
adjornment at Hicks hall aforesaid in and for the said County before
Luke Robinson< no role > Thomas Lane< no role > George Errington< no role > and Merry Teshmaker< no role >
Richard Ricards< no role > and Walter Berry< no role > Esquires and other their Fellows
Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the
County aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies
Trespases and other Misdeeds committed the same County.

Order for suppressing and
preventing Mischiefs Riots
and Affrays occasioned by
Bull baiting near the Pound
in Old Street }

Whereas Several of the Inhabitants of Old Street in the Parish of Saint
Luke near the pound in the County of Middx have exhibited their
humble Petition unto this Court at this Present General Session of the
peace holden for the said County by adjornment on the said sixth
