By adjornment on Thursday the 18th. day of April 1751 .

Order for inspecting the
Account of the Inspectors
of the distempered Cattle
in Middx }

An Account of Moneys Claymed to be due to the Inspectors of the
Distempered Cattle in this County for their Service Amounting in the
whole to the Sum of Forty three pounds and ten Shillings being laid
before this Court It is Ordered that it be and it is hereby recommended
and referred to the same Committee of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of
the Peace of the said County (to whom the contracting for the repair
of Chertsea Bridge Stands referred) Or any three of them to inspect
the said Account, And to Ascertain what sum or sums of money
in their opinion are due or ought to be paid to the said Inspectors
respectively for their said service, And to report the same to
the Court at the next sessions,

Order for Mr. John Higgs< no role >
the Trearer to pay £20.
to Mr. Francis Higgs< no role > for
the Charges of Carrying
on a prosecution upon
an Indictmt. Agt. William
upmore for a misdemeanr.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay unto Mr. Frances Higgs< no role > the Sum of Twenty Shillings
for the Charges Which he hath been at in carrying on Manageing
a prosecution upon an Indictment against William Uphorne< no role >
for a hainous offence & Misdemeanor of which the said William
Uphmore was by Jury convicted, and that the receipt of the sd.
Francis Higgs< no role > together with this order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.

Order for adjorning
the Nomination of a
Keeper of New Prisons }

It is ordered by this Court that the Nomination & appointment
of a Keeper of New Prison At Clerkenwell in this County be
deferred untill the County day of the next General session of
the peace to be holden for the said County (to wit) Thursday
the twenty third day of May next

made to the Kings Attorney
General to grant Informations
in order to suppress & unlawful
Fairs}

It is Ordered by this Court that if may Fair or Any other unlawfull Fairs are
Attempted to be kept in this County That proper application be made to
the Kings Attorney General to grant Informations in order to suppress
the same.
