a Substantial and Workman like manner as they Shall
think proper, And to make their Report touching the Premises
and of the Charge and Expence thereof to the Court of
General Quarter or General Sessions of the Peace for this
County.

By adjournment on Thursday the 13th. Day of Septr. 1750 .

Order for Mr. Higgs the
Trearer to pay £1.19s.0d.
to Mr.John Daniel< no role > the
Deputy Cryer for his trouble
and paines in putting up
printed Orders of Sessions
Etc.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay unto Mr. John Daniel< no role > Deputy Cryer of this Court the
Sum of one Pound and Nineteen Shillings allowed to him by this
Court upon his Bill for his trouble and Paines in putting up in
Several Parishes the printed Orders of Sessions made against
Sabbath Breakers, and also for putting up in Several Divisions
in this County the printed Orders of Sessions for the Suppressing
unlawfull Fairs, and for attending Several times at Ranelagh
House at Chelsea, and Serving Summons's at Sadlers Wells
and Goodmans Fields Wells, And that the Receipt of the Said
John Daniel< no role > together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient
Discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such payment.
