By adjournment on Tuesday the fourteenth day of October 1746 .

Order for the high Constable
of [..] to Suppress and
hinder Bull Bateing and riotous
Assemblys}

Upon Information given unto this Court that great Numbers of People have lately assembled
and met together in a riotous and tumultuous manner upon Occasion of bateing a Bull within
the Parish of Edmonton in this County whereby affrays have happened and some of his Majesty< no role > 's
Subjects have been very much hurt, which Practice of Bull bateing this Court doth think
unlawfull and ought to be Suppressed, and that the High Constable for the District of Edmonton and
Tottenham ought to have exerted himself for that purpose, It is Ordered by this Court that the
said high Constable do take to his assistance the Petty Constables and other Peace Officers within
this District And that the said high Constable and Petty Constables and other Peace Officers
as his Assistance do use their endeavours to suppress and hinder such Bull bateing and
riotous Assemblys as aforesaid And that the said High Constable do attend and give
an account of his proceedings touching the premisses to this Court on Thursday the fourth day
of December next at One of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Order for commencing an
Action agt. Wm. Body Tent.
of a Messuage with the
Appurts called the Muberry
Garden at Clerkenwell part
of the County Estate, for the
recovery of his Arrears of
Rent}

Information being given unto this Court by Mr. John Higgs< no role > Receiver of the Rents of the Estate
belonging to this County of Middx that a considerable Sum of money is due from William Body< no role >
Tenant of a Messuage with the Appurtenances called or known by the Name of the Mulberry
Garden at Clerkenwell in the said County being part of the said Estate, for Arrears of Rent by
him owing and payable for the Messuage with the Appurtenance aforesaid, which he hath
neglected and doth neglect to pay to the said Mr. Higgs, the he hath been often requested so to do
It is Ordered by this Court that an Action at Law be commenced against the said William
Body in the Names of the Surviving Trustees, in whom the Said Estate is vested, In trust
for this County, for recovery of the said Arrears of Rent, And that the said Mr. Higgs< no role >
be employed as Atterney to bring and carry on the Said Action for the recovery thereof.

By adjornment On Friday the 17th. Day of October 1746

Trearer of Middx to pay 6s.
to Mr. Thos. Wilkinson by
him disbursed to print twice
in the General Advertiser
an Order of Sessions dat. 12th.
Septr. 1746 for altering the
time of the Comencemt. of Oct:
Sess. 1746 on account of
the Thanks giving Day.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay unto Mr. Thomas Wilkinson< no role > the Sum of Six
Shillings by him disbursed to print twice in the General
Advertiser an Oder of the Middx Sessions of the Peace dated
the twelfth Day of September 1746 for altering the time of the
Commencement of October Sessions 1746 on account of the
Thanks giving Day for the Success of his Majesty< no role > 's Arms in
Suppressing the late Rebellion, And that the Said Mr. Wilkinson's
Receipt together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient discharge
to the Said Treasurer for Such payment
