Samuel Gibbons< no role > being also laid before this Court for printing
1025 Orders of Sessions for Suppressing Tottenham Court Fair
The Welch Fair and other unlawfull Fairs in the year 1746
to be publickly posted up, and also for printing Resolutions of
the Justices of the Peace of the Same County in the Same year
to Suppress unlawfull Fairs, and for Paper amounting to
£6.18s.6d And It also appearing to this Court that the Said
last mentioned Bill is allowed by the Said George Errington< no role >
John Lawton< no role > and Merry Teshmaker< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the
Peace of this County who are of Opinion that the Same Should
be also paid to the Said Samuel Gibbons< no role > by the Said Treasure
Which Said Sums of £6.18s. and £6.18s.6d amount together to
the Sum of thirteen Pounds Sixteen Shillings and Six Pence,
And the Said Samuel Gibbons< no role > praying that this Court will
please to Order that the Same may be paid to him, It is
Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do (after he Shall have Sufficient Money in his
hands) pay the Said Sum of thirteen Pounds Sixteen Shillings
and Six Pence unto the Said Samuel Gibbons< no role > in full of
his Said Bills, whose Receipt or Receipts together with
this Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the Said
Treasurer for Such Payment.

By adjornment on Thursday the third Day of July 1746.

County Treasurer to pay into Mr.
Thomas Wilkinson< no role > £6.0s.6d.
for Moneys by him disbursed
about publick Affairs and
also £5.5s. as a Gratuity for
his Paines & trouble Etc.}

An Account of Mr. Thomas Wilkinson< no role > Depty to the
Clerk of the Peace of this County being laid before this Court for
Several Sums of Money disbursed and laid out by the Said Thomas
Wilkinson on behalf of the Justices of the Peace of the Said County
in the years 1745 and 1746 for printing in the Daily Advertiser
and other News Papers Several Orders of Sessions and
Resolutions of the Justices of the Peace to Suppress Tottenham
Court Fair, The Welch Fair and other unlawfull Fairs, and
for Business done for putting Laws in Execution against
Papists & Non Jurors Etc and for other publick Matters relating
to this County amounting to the Sum of Six Pounds and Six
