At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord< no role >
the King holden for the County of Middx. at Hicks hall in St.
John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the first Day
of September in the twentieth year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc,

Order for Mr. Joseph
Cranfield to attend the
Court at Hicks hall.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. Joseph Cranfield< no role > of
Hampstead in this County do personally attend this Court at
Hicks hall in St. John Street in the Said County on Thursday next
at three of the Clock in the Afternoon to give Security that
he will not for the future hold or procure or Suffer to be holden
a Fair not warranted by Law at Hampstead in the Said
County upon the Ground where Such Fair commonly called
Hampstead Fair hath been formerly holden, or upon any
other Ground there in his tenure or Occupation, he having
promised before the Kings Attorney General to give Such
Security

By adjornment on Thursday the 4th. Day of Septr. 1746 .

now assembled at this present General Session of the Peace
holden for the Said County do elect and continue Thomas
Lane Esqr. to be Chairman of the General Quarter and
General Session of the Peace which Shall be holden for the
County of Middx between Michas 1746 and Lady Day
which Shall be in the year of our Lord 1747.

Vagrants & Vagabonds.}

An Account of Mr. John Randall< no role > late High Constable
of Holborn Division in this County being laid before this Court
touching Several Sums of Money by him disbursed & paid to
Petty Constables & other Peace Officers of this County upon the
Certificates of Allowances made them by Justices of the
Peace for their trouble & Expences in passing & relieving
Vagrants & Vagabonds amounting to £10.1s.9d. and also
for 7s. by him paid for Sticking up the Orders of Sessions for
