as they Shall think fit, and to take to their Assistance Such
Skilfull Person or Persons as they Shall think fit, And to
See what Painting Work or other Matters are necessary to be
done to the Said Hicks Hall , and to make an Estimate of
the Charge thereof, And to make their Report touching the
Same unto this Court.

By adjournment on Thursday the third Day of July 1746.

Order desiring Mr. Bond
to view & examine if two
houses of Mr. Wm. Butler< no role >
were damaged by the new
buildings Brentford Bridge
Etc.}

Whereas William Butter< no role > of New Brentford in this County
hath exhibited his Petition unto this Court Setting forth That
a Damage was done to his two houses adjoyning to Brentford
Bridge occasioned by cutting the Foundations in order for the
building the New Stone Bridge, Which the Petitioner humbly
desires may be viewed by a proper Person to be appointed by
this Court, and that Such Consideration may be allowed to make
the Same good as the Damage Shall be computed at,
Where upon It is Ordered that Mr. Samuel Bond< no role > be and
he is hereby desired to Survey the Said two houses, and to
view and examine if any and what Damage was done
there to by the Occasion aforesaid And if the Petitioner hath
not already had Satisfaction made to him for the Same, And
to make his Report touching the Premisses unto this Court at
the next Sessions.

By adjornment on Thursday the third Day of July 1746 .

A Bill of Mr. Samuel Gibbons< no role > having been laid before this
Court for printing 800 Orders of Sessions against Tottenham Court
Fair and the Welch Fair and other Matters in the year 1745 and
for Paper amounting to the Sum of £6.18s.0d. And it appearing to
this Court that the Said Bill is allowed by George Errington< no role > ,
Richard Richards< no role > & John Lawton< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the Peace of
this County who are of Opinion that the Same Should be paid to
the Said Samuel Gibbons< no role > by the Treasurer of this County after he
Shall have Money in his hands, And another Bill of the Said
