may have timely Notice that the Justices of the Peace
are determined to meet and Suppress the said Unlawfull
Fairs, to the End also that all Persons may be presented
from contracting for Ground for the Building of Booths
or Sheds for the acting of Plays or Drolls, and carrying on
unlawful Gaming on for Selling of any Liquors without
License. And for the more effectual carring on the said
Resolutions of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace now
assembled into Execution, This Court doth recommend
it to the Justices of the Peace residing in each Division
where the the said Fairs or any of them are usually kept
to meet together to meet together Some Days before
the time of holding any of the said respective Fairs,
and to give Orders to the High Constables of each
Division to Summon and take to their Assistance the
Several Petty Constables and Headboroughs within their
respective Divisions, and to attend the said Justices at
their respective Meetings and receive from them from
Time to Time such Orders and Directions as may be
thought necessary for suppressing the said Fairs and
the Grievances and Disorders aforesaid, and to see that
their Orders are obeyed are put in Execution, And
to the Intent that all Persons concerned may have Notice
of the said Resolutions, this Court doth Order the Same
to be printed.
