Upon reading a Letter from the Lords of the Kings
Privy Council to his Grace the Duke of Newcastle
Custos
Rotulorum of the County of Middx and City and Liberty of
Westminster
for the Justices of the Peace
of the Said County
and of the Said City and Liberty to put the Laws in Execution
against Papists, reputed Papists, Nonjurors and other
disaffected Persons It is Ordered by this Court that it be
And It is hereby recommended and referred to
his Majesty< no role >

Justices of the Peace
residing or acting in the respective
Divisions in this County to meet together forthwith within
their Said respective Divisions, And to put the Laws

Specifyed in the Said Letter and also in
his Majesty< no role >
's
Proclamation published in the London Gazette of the tenth
day of September instant in Execution against Papists
reputed Papists, Non Jurors and other disaffected Persons
residing therein as in the Said Letter and Proclamation is
Specifyed, And for that purpose to require the High
Constables
, Petty Constables
and other Peace Officers within
their respective Divisions to attend them and to observe and
perform their Mandates and Precepts in relation to the
Premisses, And this Court doth Order that a Copy of the Said
Letter from the Lords of the Council and also the Said
Proclamation as published in the Said London Gazette be
Sent to the respective Divisions in this County.
