By adjornment on Tuesday the fifteenth Day of

Constable of Kensington
Division in the peace
and stead of Mr. Edwd.
Fitchett.}

Upon Application made unto this Court by Mr. Edward
Fitchett High
< no role > constable of Kensington Division within
the Hundred of Ossulston in this County informing this Court
that he hath Served the Said Office of High Constable upwards
of three years. And that he is frequently afflicted with the
Gent, and praying that this Court will please to discharge
him from his Said Office, This Court being Satisfied of the
truth of the Premisses Doth appoint Samuel Anderson< no role >
of old Brentford within the Parish of Ealing in the Said
Division and County Gent to be High Constable of
Kensington Division aforesaid in the Said County in the
Place and Stead of the Said Edward Fitchett< no role > , And doth
Order that the Said Samuel Anderson< no role > do forthwith
(after Notice of this Order) attend Sir Joseph Ayloff
Houlding
< no role > Bart. Charles Lockier< no role > and Elijah Impey< no role > Esqr.
Justices of the Peace of this County residing in or near
the said Division or one of them on Some other Justice
of the Peace of this County residing in or near the Said
Division and take his Oath before the Said Justices or one
of them for his due Execution of the Office of High Constable
of the Said Division, And from and after the time of his
having taken such Oath the Said Edward Fitchett< no role > is
to Stand absolutely discharged of and from his Said Office
of High Constable.
