Surveying the Said Bridge and also to the demand of the
Said Mr. Marquand for pulling down the old Bridge, or of any
Person or Persons claiming any Money due to them on account
of the Middx part of Chertsea Bridge
This Court doth referr
the Same to the Consideration of the Said Committee to Settle
and adjust, and to report the Same to this Court.

thirteen Shillings and four pence and Specified in his Account now
produced before this Court, And it now appearing to this Court by
Certificate under the hands of

have perused the Said Account and examined the Same with the
Vouchers and find that the Said Sum is due to him thereupon for

It is Ordered by this Court that the Said Sum of three Pounds
thirteen Shillings and four Pence be paid by Mr. Higgs Treasurer of
this County unto the Said
