Surveying the Said Bridge and also to the demand of the
Said Mr. Marquand for pulling down the old Bridge, or of any
Person or Persons claiming any Money due to them on account
of the Middx part of Chertsea Bridge This Court doth referr
the Same to the Consideration of the Said Committee to Settle
and adjust, and to report the Same to this Court.

By adjornment on Thursday the thirtieth day of May 1745 .

Application being made unto this Court by Mr. Henry Wallbanck< no role >
Keeper of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this County
praying that this Court will be pleased to Order that he may be paid
Several Sums of Money by him disbursed for burying Several
Prisoners which were Committed to his Custody as Keeper of the
Said Prison, and also for passing and relieving of Vagrants and
Vagabonds amounting together to the Sum of three Pounds
thirteen Shillings and four pence and Specified in his Account now
produced before this Court, And it now appearing to this Court by
Certificate under the hands of John Poulson< no role > and Francis Hole< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace of this County that they
have perused the Said Account and examined the Same with the
Vouchers and find that the Said Sum is due to him thereupon for
the passing and relieving of Vagrants and Vagabonds and for
Funeralls and Burialls untill this thirtyeth day of May 1745
It is Ordered by this Court that the Said Sum of three Pounds
thirteen Shillings and four Pence be paid by Mr. Higgs Treasurer of
this County unto the Said Henry Wallbanck< no role > in full of his Said
Demand And that the Said Sum be allowed to the Said
Treasurer upon his Account.
