At Westminster on Monday in the Week next after the
Close of Easter (to wit) the twenty Second Day of April 1745 ,
before Thomas Burdus< no role > Richard Farwell Nathaniel

Order for appointing
Mr. Charles Sarjant< no role >
High Constable within
the Hundred of Elthorne
in the Stead of Mr.
Bernard Henington.}

Application being made unto this Court by Bernard
Henington Gent. High Constable within the Hundred of Elthorne
in this County informing this Court that he hath Served the Said
Office of High Constable for the Space of One Year and praying
that He may be discharged from his Said Office of High Constable,
This Court doth appoint Charles Sarjant of Uxbridge within
the Said Hundred of Elthorne in the Stead and place of the Said
Bernard Henington< no role > , And this Court doth Order that the
Said Charles Sarjant< no role > do forthwith (after Notice of this Order)
attend Thomas Blencowe< no role > William Ashby< no role > and Charles West< no role >
Esquires three of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace of the Said
County residing in or near the Said Hundred or one of them
or Some other Justice of the Peace for this County residing in or
near the Same Hundred and take his Oath before the Said
three Justices of the Peace or one of them or other Justice of
the Peace as aforesaid for his due Execution of the Office of
High Constable within the Hundred of Elthorne aforesaid And
from and after the time of his Having taken Such Oath the
Said Bernard Henington< no role > is to Stand absolutely discharged
from being High Constable within the Said Hundred of
Elthorne .

By adjornment on Tuesday the 23d. day of April 1745.

pay £10.10s.1d. to Mr. Wm.

Spelthorne for passing
and relieving of
Vagabonds.}

Upon application made unto this Court by Mr. William
Collins Gent< no role > . High Constable within the Hundred of Spelthorne
in this County informing this Court that he hath disbursed
divers Sums of Money for the passing and relieving of
