Order for the Clerk of the
Peace to pay £1.1s.0d. to Mr.
Montgomery for his Disbursmts.
Attendance upon the Justices
and trouble in order to
Suppress the Welch Fair.}
This Court being informed by
Mr. Montgomery< no role >
that he attended
his Majesty< no role >
's Justices of the Peace
of this County residing in
Finsbury Division at their Meetings the last Summer in order
to Suppress a pretended Fair called The Welch Fair for the
Space of four days, and transcribed Precepts for the Justices to
Sign upon that Occasion, And that he disbursed four
Shillings and ten pence for posting up Orders of Sessions
made against the Said pretended Fair, and in Order to
hinder the Progress thereof It is Ordered by this Court that
the Clerk of the Peace
of this County do out of the Colt Money
pay unto the Said
Mr. Montgomery< no role >
the Sum of One Pound
and one Shilling for his Said Disbursments, for writing the
Said Precepts, and for his Attendance and trouble in and about
the Premisses, And that his Receipt together with this Order
Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the Clerk of the Peace for
Such payment.

Order for adjourning the
Consideration of a Report
concerning an Allowance
which was desired to be
made on Account of Expences
in order to Suppress
Disorders at May Fair.}
The Drat. of a Report of a Committee of Several of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace of this County concerning an
allowance which was desired to be made on Account of Charges
and Expences in order to Suppress Disorders at May Fair
in or near the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
within
the Liberty of Westminster
in this County being now laid before
this Court, It is Ordered that the Consideration of the Said Matter
be adjourned untill the first Quarter Session of the Peace for
this County after Christmas next, And that it be mentioned to the
Court on Tuesday in the Same Sessions that the Said Matter is to
be considered of by the Court on Thursday then next at two of the
Clock in the Afternoon
