Clerkenwell
part of the
Estate belonging to the Said County is indebted in a considerable
Sum of Money for Arrears of Rent from him due as Tenant of
the Said Premisses, and that the Said Treasurer hath not been
able to obtain the Same, It is Ordered by this Court that the
Said Mr. Higgs be employed as Attorney at Law to comence
an Action of Law against the Said

cause him to be arrested for Non payment thereof, and to be
further proceeded against in order to recover the Same.
