to comence an Action at
Law agt. Wm. Body< no role >
Tent. of a Messuage and
Gareen called the
Mulberry Garden< no role > part
of the County Estate for
non paymt. of his Arrears
of Rent.}

Information being given unto this Court by Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County this William Body< no role > Tenant of a Messuage< no role >
and Garden commonly called the Mulberry Garden with the
Appurts in the Parish of St. James Clerkenwell part of the
Estate belonging to the Said County is indebted in a considerable
Sum of Money for Arrears of Rent from him due as Tenant of
the Said Premisses, and that the Said Treasurer hath not been
able to obtain the Same, It is Ordered by this Court that the
Said Mr. Higgs be employed as Attorney at Law to comence
an Action of Law against the Said William Body< no role > and to
cause him to be arrested for Non payment thereof, and to be
further proceeded against in order to recover the Same.

By Adjornment on Thursday the tenth day of May 1744,
before Thomas Lane< no role > John Milner< no role > Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > Robert
Hucks Thomas Moore< no role > Esquires and others,

Mr. Wm. Collings High
Constable within the
Hundred of Spelthorne
in this read of Mr.
John Cater< no role > .}

Application being made unto this Court by John Cater< no role >
Gentleman High Constable within the Hundred of Spelthorne
in the County of Middx who hath Served the Said Office of High
Constable for the Space of three Years and upwards praying that
this Court will discharge him from his Said Office of High Constable
This Court doth thereupon appoint William Collings< no role > of Staines
within the Said Hundred in the Said County Gentleman to be High
Constable within the Said Hundred of Spelthorne in the place &
Stead of the Said John Cater< no role > , And doth Order that the Said William
Collings do attend this Court at Hicks Hall is St. John Street in
the Said County on Saturday next at eleven of the Clock in the
Forenoon and then and there [..] take his Oath for his due Execucon
of the Office of High Constable within the Said Hundred of
Spelthorne , and from and after the time of his having taken the
Said Oath the Said John Cater< no role > is to Stand absolutely discharged
from his Said Office of High Constable.
