By adjornment on Thursday the thirteenth Day of
October, 1743 .

Order appointing
a Committee to inspect
& Settle the Accounts of
the Demands of Mr.
Tho: Dunne Mason
& Mr. Charles Marquand
Carpenter in relation
to the New building of
Brentford Bridge Etc.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. Thomas Dunne Mason and Mr.
Charles Marquand< no role > Carpenter do each of them attend and produce before
the Committee of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace herein after named or
any three of them at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in this County on Friday
the twenty first day of October instant at nine of the Clock in the Forenoon
an Account in Writing of what Demand each of them hath upon this County
(over and above the respective Sums of Money by them in Such behalf
respectively read) on Account of Work by them respectively done and
Materials by them respectively found in and about the new Building of
Brentford Bridge in the Said County, and also an Account in Writing of
what Demand each of them hath against the other in relation to the Said
Bridge. And It is hereby recomended & referred on this Occasion unto
Thomas Lane< no role > , John Milner< no role > , Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > , James Clitherow< no role > , Robert
Hucks
< no role > , George Bourne< no role > , Charles Egerton< no role > , John Peck< no role > , Peter Elers< no role > , Richard

Esquires Justices of the peace of this County or any three of them to meet
together as a Committee at Hicks Hall at the time aforesaid to inspect
Settle & adjust the Said respective Accounts of the Said Thomas Dunne< no role > &
Charles Marquand respectively, and also to take into Consideration any
other Matter which may be laid before the Said Committee in relation
to the Said Bridge And to make their Report touching the premisses
to the Court of Sessions of the Peace for this County, And the Said
Committee are at liberty in the Mean time to adjourn as Occasion may
require

By adjornment on Thursday the 13th. day of Octr. 1743.

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County
do pay the Sum of One hundred Pounds unto Mr. Thomas Dunne Mason
in further part of Moneys due to him upon Account of Work by him done
and Materials by him found in and about the new building of
Brentford Bridge in this Said County And that the Said Treasurer
be allowed the Said Sum upon his Account.
