Order that the said Sum may be paid unto him. It is Ordered
by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do
out of the first Money which shall come to his Hands as Treaer
pay the said Sum of Sixty four pounds Seventeen Shillings
and Eight pence unto the said Henry Wallbanck< no role > and that the
said Sum be allowed to the said Treasurer upon his Account

By Adjournment on Thursday the 14th Day of April 1743 .

Edmund Adlington< no role >
High Constable of
the Tower Division
within the Hundred
of Ossulston in the
stead and place
of Mr. Wm. Walker< no role > }

It is ordered by this Court that Mr. William Walker< no role > High
Constable of the Tower Division within the Hundred of Ossulston
in this County be and he is hereby absolutely discharged from
his said Office of High Constable And this Court doth appoint
Edmund Adlington< no role > of the parish of St. George within the said
Division and Hundred in the said County Gent to be High
Constable of the Tower Division aforesaid in the stead and
place of the said William Walker< no role > And this Court doth order
that the said Edmund Adlington< no role > do forthwith attend this
Court and take his Oath for his due Execution of the Office
of High Constable of the said Division

It is Order'd by this Court that Mr. Thomas Truman< no role > high Constable of
Finsbury Division within the Hundred of Ossulston in this County
be and he is hereby absolutely discharged from his said Office of
High Constable And this Court doth appoint John Allen< no role > of the
parish of St. Luke within the said Division and Hundred in the
said County Gent to be High Constable of Finsbury Division
aforesaid in the stead and place of the said Thomas Truman< no role >
And this Court doth Order that the said John Allen< no role > do forthwith
attend this Court and take his Oath for his Due Execution of the
office of High Constable of the said Division
